If you decide it’s not right for you, we’ll make the return process simple.


How Returns Work

  • You may request a return or refund for Cloud Support within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Other products, including the between-the-knees pillow and satin pillowcase, are covered under our standard return policy and may be returned within 20 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, contact our support team at [support@elarisrest.com].

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

For returns based on personal preference or comfort, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once the item is received.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In these cases:

  • We’ll cover all return or replacement costs.

  • You won’t be charged any return shipping fees.

Your satisfaction matters, and we’ll make it right.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
